We offer scheduled maintenance down to the hour.  This can help with coordinating your day and getting a face to face interaction preventing any miscommunication. Monthly, Quarterly, and Bi-Annual check ups are available as well as "On Call" services. Quarterly check ups allow us to catch the seasons and make any adjustments needed for certain weather conditions.

We clean around every head in sod (excluding zoysia) to prevent grass growing into the seals or other working parts of the head. Sod can grow its roots over the head causing it to not pop up through the grass. Cleaning and exposing the head not only helps keep dry spots away, it also lets everyone aware of where its location is to prevent from getting run over or damaged from equipment.

As landscaping changes or grows, heads and rotors need adjusted for proper watering. As we clean and expose head to head, we are also checking for leaking or out of adjustments. Making sure all landscaping is getting covered while being precautious of windows and cars being hit.

Inspecting your irrigation equipment can do a lot for your system. Depending on your setup, we check through all pumps, starters, switches, tanks, valves, and timer. We look for anything that could potentially fail your system now or in the near future. This prevents something fatal happening to your landscaping due to lack of maintenance. 

Adjusting your run times per zone or day can greatly affect your lawn or water bill. We  thoroughly go through your system to determine a proper run time for each zone. Florida requires all houses to have a rain sensor installed to save water and prevent over watering. Things such as high water bills, fungus, chinch bugs, dry spots, standing water, water stains, are all things we take into consideration while going through your system.

After a top notch service of your sprinkler system, there will be things we notice about your lawn or landscaping. We may point out to you certain areas that need more attention. We will go over the overall quality and shape of your system, referring you to what we could be doing better or have already.
